Processing Time

• We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.

• Please note that during busy periods or sales events, dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Options & Costs

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.50 — usually arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

• Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £4.50 — usually arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

• Free Delivery: Orders over £49 for free standard delivery.

Delivery Address

• Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided.
